The three- year BBAprogramme of Nirmala College, Ranchi under the pursuit of the RanchiUniversity, aims at shaping the mind of young women to pursue Bachelor inBusiness Administration enabling to them face the challenges in the domain ofMarketing, Human Resource Management and Finance Management. The collegebesides giving basic inputs in the core subjects of business administration, itequips students with practical knowledge and skills in the three specializationareas of management namely Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, andFinance Management so as to be effective in their core subjects. Beside this,the BBA course gives ample stress on thedevelopment of personality by nurturing in the students, skills, values, andformation of attitudes towards self-awareness and Management spectrum.Thecourse also offers the opportunity to students for summer internship. For thispurpose, students are encouraged to choose the topics of their interest as wellas they are connected to business organizations and companies in and out ofRanchi to complete their internship. Along with this, the BBA departmentorganizes Workshops, Student's Seminars and Webinars on topics related tomanagement to develop the students’ insights on changing global business sphereof influence.
