Student seeking admission in Intermediate, Graduation Degree & Post Graduation courses should apply in the prescribed admission form as early as possible after the publication of the results of the qualifying examination (Matriculation, ICSE, CBSE and Intermediate, 10+2, Graduation Course). The college is established with the primary purpose of providing catholic young women of this area the opportunity of higher learning offered in a spirit and atmosphere of Christian simplicity, sincerity, concern and faith. The College also welcomes students of all other communities irrespective of caste and their belief is fully respected. Nirmala College strives to attain the following objectives.

● The candidates seeking admission in Honours Course must have obtained at least 45% marks in the subject concerned at Intermediate/ equivalent examinations and also 45% aggregate in the Intermediate and equivalent examinations.
● The candidates seeking admission in Accounts Honours must have at least 45% marks in Accounts and also 45% aggregate in the Intermediate and equivalent examinations. Only Commerce and Science students can apply.
● The candidates seeking admission into P.G. Course in any subject must have obtained at least 45% marks in the subject concerned in the graduate examinations.
Mark-Sheet and Admit Card must be uploaded along with the Application Form. Application can be submitted online only. Candidates may apply for more than one stream/subject. The payment also is to be made separately for each stream or subject. The selection of the candidate for admission will be done on the basis of merit. Students admitted afresh should note that original certificates (CLC/ SLC/ T.C. Conduct etc.) submitted at the time of admission will never be returned. List of selected candidates for admission will be displayed on the College notice board as well as on the college website.
Fees to be paid at the time of admission.
Fees once paid will not be refunded but a transfer certificate will be issued on payment of total fee.
